The site will automatically default to the state's specific requirements. If your permit is site-specific or your SWPPP/BMP Plan requires a different frequency and you would like to change it, first, click on the desired inspection or observation (ex. Stormwater: Routine Inspections) under the Records section of the Mapistry main page. The outer box of that inspection or observation should turn a darker gray color. Then click on the gear symbol on the upper right-hand side of the Records section.
That will bring up the settings window, where you change the frequency. For any uncompleted forms, all future forms will be at this frequency. For example, if it is March 2016 and you last filled out a monthly form in January, your February and all future forms will switch to weekly. Note: All your previous inspections up to January will be saved and stay in the frequency they were initially completed in.
To view the forms, if more than monthly, click on the little arrow to the right of the month and the forms will drop down (ex. weekly like below).
