During the course of an inspection, you may identify deficiencies (i.e. debris near dumpsters, oil spill). The corrective action field in your inspection form will be filled out and this creates a task associated with that site/location.
On the Mapistry main page, there are two methods to see 1. How many unhandled corrective actions a site has and 2. What those corrective actions are.
The number of unhandled corrective actions a site has is flagged with the red warning next to the name of the site in the list on the left-hand side. This red warning has the number of unhandled corrective actions within in (see below).
The Tasks section of the Mapistry main page contains 3 different columns. The 2nd (Corrective Actions For You) and 3rd (Corrective Actions For Others) columns list all of the unhandled corrective actions that have been assigned to you and to others, respectively (see below).
If you click on the gray text of a desired corrective action, it will take you to the inspection form where the corrective action was put in, allowing you to place the date when the corrective action was completed and any supplemental notes about how the corrective action was completed. Remember to click "Done" to save your additions.
